Topping, coating, sprinkling and spreading is made easier with Schenck AccuRate's SolidsFlow™ Streamout Feeder
Spreading a uniform curtain-like flow of material across a relatively wide area is not an easy job for most feeders. Many feeders operate at less than 200 rpm, producing an erratic, pulsating flow, which affects accuracy and uniformity.
The Schenck AccuRate SolidsFlow™ Streamout Feeder delivers a controlled continuously uniform flow of material across the entire length of the feed tray outlet, which results in consistent application and product quality.
By incorporating a one-piece feed tray designed to accommodate the material’s flow characteristics, the SolidsFlow™ Streamout feeder is excellent for spreading, sprinkling, topping or coating food products with seasonings or flavorings, roofing shingles with granules, and bricks with colorants or sand. Stream widths can be set from 8” to 66” wide. Additionally, the tray works with the material’s natural angle of repose preventing any flow when the drive is turned off. No spillage. No run-on.
