AccuRate®'s new SolidsFlow® Feeders handle wet-chopped fiberglass for drywall producers worldwide
With the recent acquisition of the SolidsFlow® product line, AccuRate® has expanded its product offerings to the gypsum / drywall production industry.The SolidsFlow® product line includes feeders that are preferred by drywall producers worldwide for feeding chopped fiberglass. SolidsFlow® feeders utilize a unique one-piece vibratory feed tray designed to specifically accommodate the material's unique flow characteristics. This design enables the natural matting effect of fibrous materials to seal the material within the feed tray. This prevents flow when the drive is turned off. No spillage. No run-on.
The SolidsFlow® feeders also include the following features:
- No material arching or hang-ups in the hopper
- Minimizes clumping
- No flow-aid devices needed
- No moving parts, so fewer spare parts are needed
- "Instant cut-off" for optimal batch accuracy
- Continuous or batch
- Volumetric or gravimetric
- Flow rates up to 3,000 cubic feet/hour
