MECHATRON® - Introducing the feeder that could obsolete all others
WHITEWATER, WI - Announcing the MECHATRON® family of feeders. AccuRate® has not only engineered a superior feeder design that makes so much sense, it could obsolete all others, but brings you revolutionary automation features that drastically reduce capital investment and installation costs.

The new MECHATRON® feeder features "Mechatronics," a new design philosophy used to describe the total integration of mechanics and electronics. Motors and all control requirements are integrated and pre-wired in the feeder so that commissioning is accomplished by simply bringing power and communications to the unit for near plug and play functionality.
The MECHATRON® is:
  • A feeder that logically and completely disassembles from the non-process side. Augers, hoppers and other components easily clamp in and out for maintenance, cleaning, reconfiguration or service. Even extension hoppers can stay in place.
  • A feeder concept that accommodates both flexible wall and stainless steel hoppers, conically shaped for better mass flow.
  • A feeder that can be purchased for volumetric use and upgraded for gravimetric operation, supports single screw or twin screw configurations, internal or external agitation, multiple motor/control arrangements and more.
  • A control enclosure built into the support structure. A unique hanging design which reduces costs, offers multiple mounting alternatives and better load cell protection.
