AccuRate® uses High Temperature Compact Flash and Windows XP embedded technology to set a new standard for reliabiliity in the new CP-3 Industrial PC
It’s a fact hard drives are more prone to failure than perhaps any other part of an industrial computer or processor. AccuRate® has eliminated that possibility with it’s new CP-3 Industrial Processor (IPC) by replacing the hard drive with 176°F (80°C) temperature rated Compact Flash memory modules and Windows® XP embedded operating system. Smaller and low voltage powered, the result is a highly reliable industrial PC that AccuRate® uses to run its newest version of DG-2000 Group Manager software that adds graphics, recipe management, trending, and touch screen operation to the DISOCONT® gravimetric control family.
Additionally, the new CP-3 IPC features:
A 15” LCD display with resistive touch screen
12V DC power supply
Two high-speed Compact Flash memory modules.
Windows® XP embedded operating system
(1) Ethernet connection, (1) PCI slot and (1) PCMCI slot.
Ultimately, AccuRate®’s new CP-3 with compact flash memory and Windows® XP embedded operating system is an extremely robust, space efficient industrial processor that’s perfect for DG-2000 based group control applications involving AccuRate® gravimetric screw feeders, gravimetric louvered vibratory feeders, weighfeeders, solids flow meters or pumps.
