AccuRate®'s BEMP™ Single Idler Belt Scale provides efficiency at a lower cost!
AccuRate® offers the BEMP™ Single Idler Belt Scale Module as an efficient and cost effective system for measuring flow rates. By combining a belt scale and integrator that is capable of ±1% totalized performance for under $3000, AccuRate® provides its customers a high quality product with a lower investment.Whether you are conveying sand, gravel, crushed rock, synthetic gypsum, or some other bulk material, AccuRate® has a BEMP™ Single-Idler Belt Scale and INTECONT MS control package that's right for the job. Ease of installation, efficient, low cost, stock configurations can be shipped via UPS and are compatible with CEMA belt widths ranging from 18" to 60". Other features of the BEMP™ include:
- Suitable for flow rates up to 15,000 tons/ hour
- +/- 1.0% of totalized weight over a 3:1 design capacity range when installed on a SCHENCK AccuRate approved conveyor
- Quick and easy mounting to conveyors using existing CEMA idlers
- NTEP approved load cells
- Mechanical overload-protection
- Integrator with "Totalized Weight" and "Flow Rate" displays, mounted in a NEMA 4 enclosure
