The design permits users to laterally remove the feed
hopper from the non-process side of the MECHATRON®. This feature allows access to the
extension hopper without having to remove the hopper
from the frame, which makes it easier to clean the
interior section of the feeder. With the ability to
remove the feed hopper, cleaning the nozzle without
disconnection is also achievable. MECHATRON® feeders come in volumetric and gravimetric models and can be disassembled, reconfigured, cleaned, and serviced from the non-process side of the feeder. Feed rates range from .002 to 1,100 cubic feet (.057 to 32,160 liters) per hour. |
