HOPPER FEEDERS - EXTENSION HOPPERS Schenck AccuRate Tuf-Flex™ volumetric feeders combine with the following Schenck AccuRate extension hoppers for a compact, trouble-free system to store and feed dry materials. All standard Schenck AccuRate extension hoppers are 304 stainless steel for high corrosion resistance. They have a No. 4 uniform brushed finish. Outside welds are ground and polished. Sanitary hoppers have continuously welded and polished seams. They are available in both square designs with radius corners and round designs, meeting all sanitary requirements. TUF-FLEX™ 300 SERIES FEEDER HOPPER EXTENSIONS Due to the small size of the 300 Series feeders, Schenck AccuRate has restricted the extension storage capacity to a 1 cubic foot (30 liter) hopper. There are two standard hoppers for this particular series. |

| MODEL 351 A stainless steel hopper measuring 1-1/8" (283 mm) square and 14-1/4" (362 mm) high. This hopper forms a lip which overlaps the outside of the vinyl hopper. There is a gasket inside this lip to keep powders from leaking out. The hopper comes with a gasketed cover. TUF-FLEX™ 600 SERIES FEEDER HOPPER EXTENSIONS The 600 Series has the widest variation of hopper extensions. MODEL 651 A 2-1/2 cubic foot (70 liter) stainless steel hopper measuring 17" (432 mm) square by 14-1/4" (362 mm) high. This straight-sided hopper sits directly on the top of the 600 Series feeder. This hopper has a gasketed lip that protrudes across the top of the vinyl hopper and then down the outside to keep it from shifting. This hopper comes with a gasketed cover and 90° sides to promote flow of even the hardest-to-move materials. MODELS 653/665 The 5 cubic foot (140 liter) Model 653 hopper is the same design as the Model 651, but stands 28-1/2" (718 mm) high. The 10 cubic foot (280 liter) Model 665 hopper has 6" (152 mm) of straight sides at the top, then angled sides for the remainder of the overall 30-1/4" (768 mm) height. MODEL 655 - I This is a 20 cubic foot (560 liter) free-standing stainless steel hopper with carbon steel support legs. The Model 655 measures 48" x 48" (1219 mm x 1219 mm) at the top and angles down to an optional 18" x 18" (465 mm x 465 mm) guillotine gate. The 600 Series feeder mounts directly below this guillotine gate on a set of slide rails. The slide rails are held in place by a set of off-center clamps which, when flipped down, allow easy removal of the feeder. The hopper has 31" (787 mm) adjustable legs, which allows you to modify the discharge height of the feeder. The angled sides of the 655 hopper are approximately 75° to promote flow of even the most difficult materials. MODEL 657 - I This is a 50 cubic foot (1420 liter) free-standing stainless steel hopper with carbon steel support legs. The top portion of the hopper has straight sides, then the sides angle down to an optional 18" x 18" (465 mm x 465 mm) guillotine gate. Both this hopper and the Model 655 come with gasketed hinged covers. MODEL 663 - I BAG DUMP HOPPERS This is a 4 cubic foot (110 liter) bag dump hopper designed to fit the 600 Series feeders, capable of easily handling bagged products up to 100 pounds (45 kilograms). It allows users to securely fasten bags on top, providing unheeded flow in the machine and surge hopper. The hopper door fastens securely to prevent dusting. TUF-FLEX™ 900 SERIES FEEDER HOPPER EXTENSIONS The 900 Series offers sizes from 5 cubic feet to 50 cubic feet, which gives users versatility in fitting their respective applications. MODEL 953 This is a 10 cubic foot (280 liter) hopper measuring 23" (584 mm) square with a height of 34-1/4" (870 mm). MODEL 961 This 15 cubic foot (425 liter) hopper has 8-3/8" (213 mm) of straight sides at the top, then angled sides for the remainder of the overall 27" (686 mm) height. MODELS 955/957 These 20 and 50 cubic foot (560 and 1420 liter) hoppers are the same design as the Models 655 and 657. The Models 955 and 957 have an optional 24" x 24" (622 mm x 622 mm) guillotine gate. The 900 Series feeders mount directly below this gate on an adjustable support shelf. OTHER 75 and 100 cubic foot (2120 and 2840 liter) hoppers are available as an option.
