FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
We currently have a full time position available for a Field Service Technician to be located in the Houston area. Qualified candidates should have at least 2-4 years of Field Service, Mechanical or Materials Handling experience. Associate Degree in Electronics/Engineering Technology Degree preferred. Knowledge of Profibus, Modbus and DeviceNet, along with the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Speaking both English and Spanish as well as familiarity with our product line/industry would be a plus. Additional requirements include good computer, organization skills, along with verbal and written communication skills. Willing to travel both domestically and internationally with little notice and willing to stay for weeks at a time.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER (CUSTOM PRODUCTS ENGINEERING)
The ideal candidate would have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2 to 3 years experience in industrial equipment design and analysis with product development experience. Additional requirements include a working knowledge of SolidWorks and MS Office programs and exposure to AutoCAD, SmarTeam, and finite element analysis theories. Project management experience is a plus.
TECHNICAL PARTS SPECIALIST
The ideal candidate would have an Associate Degree in Electronics Technology with 2-3 years field experience or HS Diploma with 4-5 years of electronics field service experience. Additional requirements would to 1-2 years of training in sales or customer service environment.
PARTS SPECIALIST A
The ideal candidate would have an Associate Degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology or HR diploma with 2-3 years of experience in the electronic field. Additional training experience in customer service or sales within a manufacturing environment (troubleshooting/problem resolution, quotations, expediting) requiring technical product knowledge would be a plus.
SALES ASSISTANT
The ideal candidate would have a HS diploma plus 5 years of sales, customer service, administrative or secretarial experience or an Associate Degree in administrative assistance or secretarial.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
The ideal candidate would have a HS diploma, 2-3 years general clerical experience preferably in a customer service environment and basic knowledge of computers, equipment and general office procedures.
SYSTEM ASSEMBLY A
The ideal candidate would have an Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology with 1-2 years hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical product assembly or HS diploma with completion of specified technical course work, and 2-3 years experience as a System Assembler B. Demonstrates skill and knowledge in the diversified and complex assembly inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components for light and heavy industry products.
