Chief Financial Officer - Controller

Schenck AccuRate is a key part of an international corporation, which provides custom capital equipment for a wide range of customers in markets throughout the world.   We are an industry leader in supplying innovative products to companies that utilize process equipment in their production operations.  We have a group of well experienced and highly motivated employees.  A recent vacancy has created the need to fill this position, which leads our Accounting & Finance function and reports to the President.    

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting 
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience managing people
• 2+ years of experience with CFO / Controller responsibilities 
• Strong rapport building abilities and teamwork skills
• Focused attention to details and process accuracy
• Sound knowledge of financial reporting tools; ERP systems e.g. SAP
• Previous hands-on experience with accounting, A/P, A/R, credit and contract administration.
• Experience with coordination and facilitating of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Good communication skills across diverse cultural groups
• Strong analytical skills combined with structuring capability
• Excellent understanding for working capital and cash management

Qualification preferences:

• Masters Degree in Business
• Previous experience with an internationally owned company
• Strategic financial analysis skills and experience with presenting results
• Knowledge of other functional areas
